But rest is not optional. Just like exercise strengthens the body, rest restores it. It recharges energy, improves not only physical health but also mental and emotional well-being, and brings back the rhythm and balance our lives so often lack.

I started Sabbath not to add another voice telling people to achieve more, but to create a quiet reminder to pause. Our garments are timeless, minimal, and quietly confident — designed to embody rest and reflection. Sabbath is not loud; it’s a gentle presence that helps us slow down, breathe, and return to life renewed.
